Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) has proven hugely successful at delivering ROI of construction megaprojects. But how do you take advantage of this powerful planning system on the smaller scale — for existing facilities and operating plants where there isn’t even a 3D model available? Enter WorkPacks — the new scalable solution for applying AWP to operating facilities in the capital project portfolio. You can still plan your projects digitally even WITHOUT a 3D model. WorkPacks was specifically designed to handle early planning without the need for a 3D model, although it can leverage one if you have one. By giving you maximum flexibility, WorkPacks is the perfect scalable solution for smaller projects. There are great advantages having a digital Path of Construction planning tool that delivers clarity and insight that can translate into ROI. Now is the time to move from paper to digital. Until now, this has been difficult to achieve with existing platforms that are cumbersome and expensive to operate. WorkPacks fills the gaps in functionality of other construction software tools and is very inexpensive to implement for your team. You don’t have to be working on a megaproject to use WorkPacks.
