Amazonat Libya brings trusted Libyan stores together in one app. Browse products, compare prices, and order from a store that delivers to your area — in Arabic first, and in English whenever you need it. Browse without an account Open the app and start looking straight away. Categories, stores and products are all open without signing in. An account is only needed when you place an order. Simple phone sign-in Enter your phone number and receive a verification code by SMS. No passwords to forget. Accurate addresses Save delivery addresses with a label for each, and pin the exact spot on the map so the courier reaches the right place. Delivery fees shown before you confirm The fee is calculated from the zone of the address you choose and appears in the order summary before you confirm. If a store does not cover your area, the app tells you before you go any further. Pay the way you prefer Cash on delivery, or electronic payment through the available methods. Your options appear at checkout. Follow your order step by step From confirmation to preparation to delivery. A notification arrives at every status change, and your order history stays in the app. Refunds handled properly Request a refund from the order details after delivery, choose the items, the reason and how you want the money returned, then follow the request through to the transfer. Arabic and English A complete right-to-left Arabic interface, English at the flip of a switch, and both light and dark appearance. Your account, your control You can delete your account at any time from inside the app; your personal data is erased after thirty days.
