Why Use Gap Mesh? - No internet needed – Chat when there's no Wi-Fi or mobile data - No phone number required – Stay anonymous - No accounts – Just install and start chatting - Private & secure – Your private messages are encrypted - Works anywhere – Protests, remote areas, emergencies, or just with friends nearby - Cross-compatible with Bitchat and the same back-end mesh apps - Emergency wipe and decoy mode with triple-tapping - Alternative icons - Live Activity support to see the connection status with a mesh network or geohash channel. Two Ways to Chat Gap Mesh offers two types of chat: Mesh Chat (Offline Mode) - Works without internet - Uses Bluetooth to connect with nearby devices - Messages hop from phone to phone (up to 7 hops) - Best for: Local groups, protests, emergencies, remote areas How to use: Just open the app and start chatting! You'll automatically connect with anyone else running Gap Mesh within Bluetooth range. Location Channels (Online Mode) - Requires an internet connection - Chat with people in your geographic area - Channels are based on your location (block, neighborhood, city, province, region) - Best for: Finding people in your area, local community discussions --- گپ مش چیست؟

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Gap Mesh at 5.0 against Delta Chat's 4.5. Gap Mesh also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). Delta Chat's advantage is ratings volume (127 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
