RoninFlow is the all-in-one management platform for martial arts gyms and dojos — designed for owners, instructors, and students. FOR GYM OWNERS & INSTRUCTORS Manage every student and staff member from a single dashboard. Automate membership billing with built-in Stripe payments (monthly, semi-annual, or annual plans), and keep track of attendance, overdue accounts, and pending invites at a glance. Build your own rank and belt system for each discipline you teach — Karate, Taekwondo, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Hawaiian Kenpo, MMA, Boxing, and more — instead of forcing every style into the same generic structure. Run belt exams with reusable templates and instructor grading tools. Sell uniforms, belts, protective gear, and merchandise directly to your students through your gym's own branded store inside the app. FOR STUDENTS Carry a digital athlete ID card with QR verification. Track your belt rank and progress across every discipline you train. Find and join dojos, manage your membership and payments, and shop your gym's store — all from your phone. RoninFlow is fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and built specifically for the martial arts community — replacing spreadsheets, paper ledgers, and scattered group chats with one clean, professional system. Whether you run a single dojo or a growing multi-location academy, RoninFlow keeps your students, payments, and rankings organized, so you can focus on what matters: training.
