MxWork by A3J Group, LLC is a mobile application designed to capture information about work performed for IBM Maximo Asset Management. Most production equipment is static; maintenance crews travel to the equipment to perform necessary maintenance activities. Therefore, our maintenance crews have always been mobile technicians. However, until now they haven't had a simple, easy mobile work management solution that pairs with IBM Maximo Asset Management. That’s where MxWork comes in. Technicians can easily download the app onto their favorite device (phone or tablet) and log in to perform and record their work. Safety plans, work instructions, and other pertinent information about the work to be performed is all available at their fingertips. Technicians can record information such as labor time, work logs, and more all while standing in front of the equipment. Information also can be displayed and captured while the device is offline from connectivity. MxWork makes work management easy. All on the go, and all using the authorized IBM Maximo API's.

The Cleopatra Work Pack Execution App was specifically built to allow users to access their work pack information in the field. Using the app your users can get a clear overview on what activities they must accomplish in the field so that your project remains on time and within budget. The Work Pack Execution App gives you the option to create specific views for different types of users or teams. Give your Quality Assurance users an overview of all activities which require a Quality Assurance action or Quality Assurance resource. Or give another team only access to work pack activities in a specific area. The Work Pack Execution App ensures that you are fully up to date on the latest progress in the field. Users can set their progress on activities in a variety of ways (from milestone-based progress tracking to setting a manual %). When blocking issues occur users can easily create punch items and share this information with the project lead. With a dedicated punch list functionality, the Work Pack Execution App ensures that the entire team knows what issues need to resolve to ensure a successful project completion.
