Technicians can record information such as labor time, work logs, and more all while standing in front of the equipment. Information also can be displayed and captured while the device is offline from connectivity. MxWork makes work management easy. All on the go, and all using the authorized IBM Maximo API's.

With robust access to equipment information, IFS Cloud Mobile Work Order for Maintenance guides technicians through the work process allowing them to perform assigned or pooled tasks and gives them the ability to create new tasks that can be immediately reported against or sent to the back office for later work. IFS Cloud Mobile Work Order for Maintenance comes with fully embedded remote assistance capabilities which allows maintenance technicians to visually communicate and interact with other techs and back-office experts in order to assist each other.
