Microforest vs Fire Manifesting App

The Microforest app introduces mobility solutions for the outdoor workplace, allowing you to access forestry maps, stand register data and business data on-the-go, anytime. Some of the key features of the secure Microforest App for iPhone and iPad: *Navigation and GPS tracking *Map editing, pins, notes and spatial drawing *Stand register *Data collection and assessments *Operational transactions *Business reports *Offline support for stand register, mapping and in-field transactions. To use the Microforest app with your own forestry resource/business data, you must be using the Microforest Plantation Manager as your back-end system. You can evaluate the app with our demonstration plantation system as back-end, using a guest logon.

The Fire Manifesting App is a tool designed to streamline the process of creating helicopter load manifests for wildland firefighting crews and personnel. By automating weight calculations and allowing the input of personnel, gear, and load preferences, the app reduces the time and stress associated with manual paper manifesting. It ensures compliance with helicopter weight limits, improves operational efficiency, and provides flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes in fast-paced environments.
