Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: X GPS + at 5.0 against Kubak's 4.4. X GPS + also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Kubak's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (792 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
