Our Friend of Merlo customers can also look forward to a complimentary birthday coffee, which can be redeemed via the App instore. Each coffee purchased instore earns 1 point, and 10 points can be redeemed for 1 free hot beverage of any size. This can be redeemed as soon as it’s earned, or saved for a future date. Earn & Redeem Bean Dollars Bean Dollars are earned on all purchases of roasted coffee beans, instore or online. They are credits that will accrue in your account every time you purchase roasted coffee beans from a Merlo Flagship Cafe (excluding our Toowoomba locations) or online. They can then be used to purchase, or contribute towards, any product instore or online. Simply show your QR code in the App when instore ordering your coffee beans.
