Oretrace
Read full descriptionHide full description
Dig your way to the core. Oretrace is a 3D excavation puzzle. Rotate the ore body, choose an entrance and uncover the cores inside at your own pace, with no move limit. Each block you remove leaves a number showing how many mines touch it. Scan uncertain blocks and plan your next move. Mines damage your drill and leave a visible scar; three hits end the round. Explore three ore sizes, from 125 to 343 blocks. Rotate freely and dig from all six sides. Use two scans per round and hold blocks to flag them. Review every mine and your excavation after a round, with optional layer views. Resume your saved round on the same device. Start with 100 coins. Rounds cost 20, 35 or 50 coins depending on size. Each core earns 4, 6 or 8 coins depending on size, and completing a round adds a 12, 18 or 20 coin bonus. Core rewards are kept even if the round is lost. Additional coins are available through in-app purchases. Coins never expire. Your coin balance and progress are stored on this device and do not sync across devices.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Oretrace at none against Neon N Balls's shown. Neon N Balls's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
