The Arachnomancy App created by Studio Tomás Saraceno is an invitation to celebrate the radical interconnectedness of all things, both living and non-living. Through the Arachnomancy App you are invited to receive an oracle reading based on the digital version of the Arachnomancy Cards. These cards, exploring topics from Invertebrate Rights to Climate Eviction, were created by artist Tomás Saraceno for Spider/Web Pavilion 7 as part of May You Live In Interesting Times curated by Ralph Rugoff at the 58th International Biennale Arte in Venice. Understanding spider/webs as nonhuman pavilions that transcend national representation, the App extends the Arachnocene from the Venice Biennale to your own garden. Summon the oracle by sharing photos of spider/webs you encounter, and unlock an Archnomancy Reading communicated beyond human language. Based on spider vibrational communication, your reading is composed of seismic signals produced and received on actual spider/webs from the Arachnophilia Archives. Revisit your reading and share images with friends by accessing your Oracle Archive.
Listen to Dance

Listen to Dance is an interactive spatial audio documentary about William Forsythe’s choreography »Quintett« by theater makers 2+ {Philip Bussmann & Célestine Hennermann}. Listen to Dance features the original Ballet Frankfurt cast: Dana Caspersen, Stephen Galloway, Jacopo Godani, Thomas McManus, Jone San Martin, as well as »Jesus’ Blood Never Failed Me Yet« by composer Gavin Bryars. »Quintett« had its premiere at Ballet Frankfurt in 1993. The project is an invitation to engage with the piece in a new way, to receive background information on its creation and to understand and experience the choreography anew by listening to it. The interplay of dance and music gives »Quintett« its strong emotional pull which explains why this piece can still be found in the repertoire of leading ballet companies all over the world. Development supported by the NATIONAL PERFORMANCE NET – STEPPING OUT, funded by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media as part of the initiative NEUSTART KULTUR, Hilfsprogramm Tanz.

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Arachnomancy at 12.0 against Listen to Dance's 14.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
