SWIMMO makes Belgian house-hunting simple. Swipe through thousands of listings pulled from every major Belgian source - all bundled into a single deck. No filter mazes, no tabs on tabs on tabs. - DISCOVER - Swipe right to save, left to dismiss. - Filter by price, surface area, EPC, bedrooms - or draw the exact neighbourhood or municipality you want to search in. - One deck, continuously refreshed with listings from all the big Belgian real-estate sites. - VISIT WITH CONTEXT - Got an appointment? SWIMMO keeps the date for you. - During and after the visit: jot down notes, score the place out of ten, attach photos and short voice memos. - No more "wait, was that the one with the nice kitchen, or the one with the garden?". Every property gets its own memory. - HUNT TOGETHER - Invite your partner or roommate into a group. Everyone sees the same shortlist, the same notes, the same viewings. - Comparing no longer means screenshots in WhatsApp - it happens right in the app. - IMPORT YOUR OWN LISTINGS - Spotted something through a friend or on a local board? Paste the link and SWIMMO pulls it in as if it were in the deck. Notes, photos and visit tracking all work the same way. - SWIMMO PRO SWIMMO is free to use, with a limited number of swipes per session. PRO unlocks unlimited swipes and super-likes, full visit tracking (appointment / visited / offer stages with notes, ratings, photos and voice memos), shared hunts with the people you invite, and the ability to import your own listings from outside SWIMMO.
