Verdict

Both are free to download. Jok sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 6 months and Kaiser sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Kaiser holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Jok's written reviews are positive against 0% of Kaiser's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
