The clearest difference is rating: Total Party Kill at 4.4 against Mimelet's 3.9. Total Party Kill also leads on ratings volume (1.2K vs 94). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Total Party Kill sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Mimelet sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Total Party Kill holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Total Party Kill has 1.2K ratings behind it against 94, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of Total Party Kill's written reviews are positive against 79% of Mimelet's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Total Party Kill ships an update every 5 months, Mimelet every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
