Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 古燈文庫 at none against Epub繁简通Pro's 3. 古燈文庫 also leads on ratings volume (831 vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). Epub繁简通Pro's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.
