Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: CEO Logistics at 4.2 against Decios's 3.3. CEO Logistics also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (31 vs 3). Decios's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 69%) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
CEO Logistics holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CEO Logistics has 31 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Decios's written reviews are positive against 69% of CEO Logistics's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Decios ships an update every 2 months, CEO Logistics every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and July 20, 2026 respectively.
