Micro Meditations is a meditation training app. It's meant to help you learn to meditate, not spend time on your phone. Practice with the app until you feel comfortable, then meditate on your own. Each meditation is short and paired with a simple visualization that shows you exactly what to do. Choose from six categories: - Breathwork: for when you're overstimulated or anxious - Body Scan: for when you want to relax - Focus: before a test or a presentation - Grounding: for when you're worried or overwhelmed - Gratitude: for when you're lonely or working through loss or a sudden change - Sleep: for when you want to rest
