User management Manage your user accounts via the app. You can create users as operators and drivers. As operator you can accept transfers and assign them to your drivers. Drivers only see transfers that have been assigned to them. Complaints/No-Shows Process your complaints and no-shows conveniently via your app, within seconds. You can take a picture and send proofs directly from the app. Offline mode Who does not know this, one would like to look at information about the transfer and then no Internet connection is available. Therefore we save confirmed transfers after each loading for 24h locally on your mobile phone, so that we can display this information to you at any time. An automatic input of address and flight data supports this. The app sends a notification with the specific offer, which can be confirmed or rejected directly. Before the trip, the system checks the flight status and shares the location of the driver to ensure smooth transportation. This process is also supported by ride status notifications, such as "on the way" and "at the "pickup location". Depending on the configuration of the ride service, various digital payment options, such as credit card, Google as well as Apple Pay or Klarna, are available directly in the app after the ride is completed. In addition, orders can be managed and invoices with individual billing addresses can be downloaded at any time. LimoBee for driving personnel: For the driving personnel, there is the possibility to accept or reject driving orders requested by the driving service and to see all necessary information for the driving process at a glance. In the overview, all upcoming trips are listed and the option to change the status is enabled by a slider. With the help of the detailed view, the route can be opened directly via any map application such as Google or Apple Maps, as well as Waze or Here. Notifications inform about new requests, upcoming trips or updated flight information. By sharing the location, passengers can easily track the trip status and a smooth flow can be guaranteed.
