The “Frame Per Second” Splitter, otherwise known to you as the “FPS” Splitter, is bought to you by EV3RYBODY EATS ENTERTAINMENT LLC, EEE . Split yo' frames! Extract them' and place them back in place! EXTRACTION". Split those frames, and re-attach them! The Function of the FPS Splitter is to simply unstitch; extract; then layout the frames of videos. This allows you to edit each frame simatanously; indicuduallly ; or alll in all; then allows you to restitch the frames back together into one whole singular video or whatever media/asset file that you desire!
