Explore community-mapped camera locations on an interactive map. Open a record to see its available details and source, save cameras with private notes, and focus the map on your saved places. Use Cameras Near Me to explore mapped records around your current area, or compare camera locations near routes generated by Apple Maps. You can also choose to receive a notification near a saved camera area. That optional alert requires notification and Always location access. Flock AFO does not require an account. The map and camera tools are free to use. Camera information comes from community mapping and may be incomplete or out of date. A map marker does not confirm that a camera is active or scanning. Open the linked source when you need to check the underlying record.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Flock AFO at 5.0 against Arc+'s 4.6. Arc+'s advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (113 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Arc+ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Flock AFO sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Flock AFO holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Arc+ has 113 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
