The eventApp now provides attendees and guests with mobile access to event information, completing the event service for our customers. Specifically, the app offers the following functions for event attendees: • Mobile availability of important event information (name, date, logo, location) as well as an event overview. • Content is configurable by the organizer within the eventManager, allowing them to determine which website content is displayed in the app. • Tickets for attendees including booking number, name, and QR code. • Notifications from organizers, such as changes of venue or cancellations. • Live chat between organizers and attendees enables exchange before and after events and allows for the quick distribution of messages. • Self-Check-In: Attendees can check themselves into the event, thereby shortening their waiting time on-site. astendo Event is available in English, German and French.
