Hold the red button: a countdown starts, and you can cancel it at any moment. If you don't, the app prepares an emergency message with your GPS position and your essential health details, ready to send to your trusted contacts. The app is free and contains advertising, with a consent prompt and the option to remove ads temporarily. Ads never appear during an active emergency.
