Both are free to download. BeConfident sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $59.99 per year. Lingofor.me asks for nothing beyond the download.
BeConfident holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BeConfident has 864 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Lingofor.me's written reviews are positive against 67% of BeConfident's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Lingofor.me ships an update every 2 weeks, BeConfident every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
