Kromavo was created by a colorblind person, for colorblind people. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to wonder whether something is blue or purple, red or brown, pink or orange. I built Kromavo as the simple tool I wanted on my own iPhone: point the camera at an object and get a clear, understandable color name. Point the target at an object and Kromavo displays the color name, a more precise shade description, the HEX value, and a confidence indicator. FREE FEATURES • Real-time color identification • Clear central target for precise sampling • Manual spoken color result using your iPhone voice • Up to 2× zoom • Simple, high-contrast interface designed for accessibility • Private by design: camera images are processed on your device and are not saved or uploaded KROMAVO PRO — ONE-TIME PURCHASE • Automatic spoken color names • Full camera zoom • Hold a stable reading when you need more time • Future Pro improvements Kromavo Pro is a single non-consumable purchase. No subscription and no ads. For the best result, fill the target with one matte surface and use neutral, even lighting. Camera lighting and reflective surfaces can affect any color measurement. Kromavo is a practical accessibility aid made with lived experience—by a colorblind creator, for the colorblind community.
