Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: A1 at 4.3 against BSBI's 3.3. A1 also leads on ratings volume (24 vs 3) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 14.0). BSBI's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 24 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
