Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Repurp at 5.0 against SMS from PC's 4.2. SMS from PC's advantage is ratings volume (13 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. SMS from PC sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Repurp sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Repurp holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SMS from PC has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
