Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: TV Set at 3.7 against tvRadio IPTV's 1.0. TV Set also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). tvRadio IPTV's advantage is review sentiment (36% vs 0%) and update cadence (every 11 days vs every 4 weeks). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. tvRadio IPTV sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and TV Set sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
TV Set holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TV Set has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of tvRadio IPTV's written reviews are positive against 0% of TV Set's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
tvRadio IPTV ships an update every 11 days, TV Set every 4 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
