Express Carpool Check vs UPool Rides

Only individuals who have been invited to participate will be able to sign in and use the app, as it is being exclusively piloted in the San Francisco Bay Area. Express Carpool Check accurately verifies vehicle occupancy to facilitate benefits for high-occupancy vehicles (HOVs). The app uses smartphone camera technology to count and verify occupants in one simple, 5-second step.
