About

OdoPilot

Features

OdoPilot is a fuel and maintenance log for your car. You record each fill-up, charge and service; it works out the rest — average consumption, what maintenance is due, and what the vehicle costs to run. CONSUMPTION, MEASURED RATHER THAN ESTIMATED When you log a full tank, OdoPilot measures back to your previous full tank and divides the fuel used by the distance covered. Partial fills in between are added to that total, so the figure covers the whole stretch. It is not a number you type in yourself. MAINTENANCE REMINDERS BY DISTANCE OR DATE Set a service interval once — oil, brakes, timing belt, inspection, anything you repeat. Enter it as a distance, or as days, weeks, months or years. The odometer and the calendar do the counting. Reminders name the vehicle and state exactly what is left, and the distance remaining counts down as you log fill-ups. EV CHARGING ALONGSIDE FUEL Log kWh the way you log fuel. Home and public charging are costed separately. A plug-in hybrid tracks both at once, with fuel and electricity feeding the same running-cost total. RUNNING COSTS Fuel and servicing totalled over the last twelve months and over the vehicle's lifetime, and reduced to a cost for every unit of distance you drive — so you can see what the car costs to keep on the road rather than guess at it. EVERY VEHICLE IN ONE GARAGE Cars, vans, motorcycles, bi-fuel and electric vehicles on one account. Switch between them; each keeps its own fuel and service history. TRIP CALCULATOR Estimate the fuel cost of a drive before you make it, using your own logged consumption and the price you enter. It works before your first fill-up too: pick a fuel type and a rough consumption to get a figure. YOUR UNITS, YOUR CURRENCY Metric or imperial, and the currency you actually pay in. Set it once and every screen, total and notification follows. WHAT ELSE IS IN THERE - Attach a photo of the receipt to the fill-up it belongs to - Record tire pressures and notes against an entry - Every service stored against the odometer reading it was done at - Export every fill-up, charge and service as CSV or PDF - Light and dark, following the system appearance or fixed where you set it ON YOUR PHONE AND IN THE BROWSER The same account works on iPhone, iPad and at odopilot.io. Log a fill-up at the pump, review the history on a larger screen. FREE AND PRO The free plan covers one active vehicle, twelve fill-ups per year and one maintenance schedule per year. Your history is never hidden from you — whatever you log, you can read back. OdoPilot Pro removes those limits and adds CSV/PDF export. New accounts start with a 30-day trial of Pro, no card required. OdoPilot Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Manage the subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Terms of Use: https://odopilot.io/terms Privacy Policy: https://odopilot.io/privacy
