CAPSA is an app for building stock managers and maintainers to digitalize any building with its characteristics, properties, and statuses on a multitude of parameters – materials, envelop, roof, hvac, and more. Users can register new or add data to preregistered buildings. The users complement detailed information on the spot with a set of dropdown options, icon selects, sliders, numbers, binaries, free text entries as well as photos. Doing one or multiple buildings in this standardized way, the building managers and maintainers gain both overview and insight into the real materials, structures and status of their stock. CAPSA then enable its users to deduct which measures to perform in the direction for meeting decarbonization goals.
