The Australasian Marine Pilots Institute (AMPI) is the peak professional body representing pilots across the Australasian region. The AMPI mobile App is an information-sharing tool to help improve maritime safety and enhance engagement amongst its members and maritime industry stakeholders. The App also contains a variety of useful information resources regarding pilot transfer arrangements for operational reference purposes. The 'Next Port Report Forms' enable Australian marine pilots to notify the next port where non-compliance with the pilot transfer requirements is identified. Users must agree to the User Agreement to gain access to the App. The AMPI mobile App is another great step forward to improve maritime safety outcomes for marine pilots throughout the Australasian region - proudly developed by Australian developers 'App Wizard' (appwizard.com.au).
