From here on, we’ve got it! If you choose our “by request” plan, we’ll send you a notification the day before we’re coming to your neighborhood to see if you want a pickup. If you do, just tap and we’ll put you on the list. Regardless of whether you’re on the weekly or “by request” plan, we’ll send a reminder the night before your pickup – and once again when the driver’s on the way – so you don’t forget to leave your clothes out Choose your plan type – weekly or “by request,” detergents (familiar brands including eco-friendly, hypoallergenic and fragrance free), fabric softeners, wash temperatures, dryer preferences, dryer temperatures, folding preferences, and notifications types and frequency.
