About

Retrolift

Features

Retrolift is a workout log for calisthenics. Every exercise can have levels — tuck, advanced tuck, straddle, full — and each set records which one you did. Load a set with bodyweight, added kilos, a resistance band or a level. Mark whether you did it on a bar, rings or parallettes; each keeps its own history. During a session: type your numbers on the built-in keypad, the rest timer starts on its own, a stopwatch times your holds, and your last numbers sit in every set as a suggestion. Link exercises into supersets with one rest after the round. The timer keeps running in the background and sounds when the rest is over, and a workout in progress survives the app closing. Build workouts from 64 built-in calisthenics exercises with progression ladders, or add your own. Sort them into warm-up, skill work, strength and stretching, and group whole workouts into a routine — Home shows which one is next. After a workout, choose whether the plan should follow what you actually did. Progress is one chart per exercise: level, weight or reps over time. Plus bodyweight tracking, a frequency map and your best set for every exercise. Pixel font, hard edges, an illustration for every movement. Light and dark. Free, nothing locked. Use it as a guest or sign in with Apple to keep your data on your Apple ID. There's a tip jar in Settings if you want to say thanks.
