Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: NetTV at 1.5 against SpTotoMy's 1.0. NetTV also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (81 vs 4). SpTotoMy's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
