Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Mantra® against 4.9 for Happiness Project. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Happiness Project has 480 ratings behind it against 53, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Mantra®'s written reviews are positive against 93% of Happiness Project's.
Mantra® ships an update monthly, Happiness Project fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
