Karbi Tea is a Tea Processing App The application - Karbi Tea - developed by Grassroots Tea Corporation Private Limited (GTC), is designed to benefit Rural Women Entrepreneurs (RWEs)from Karbi Anglong, Assam, engaged in processing chemical-free, high-quality handcrafted green tea. GTC partners with the American India Foundation Trust (AIF) to revolutionize the tea value chain in Assam. As the coordinating partner and the Secretariat for the Udyamini – Rural Women Entrepreneurship Program, AIF Trust, with GTC's technical support, is working to empower 1,000 RWEs in the district.
