Fishlimpia is the AI training app for coaches and athletes in any sport: strength, gym, powerlifting, running, cycling, CrossFit, calisthenics, climbing and more. AI AGENT Tell the agent what you want to train and how many days you have. It builds the plan on your calendar: blocks, sessions, sets, loads and rest, starting from your own tests and numbers. Then ask it for changes or edit it yourself. You can also connect your account to Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini. PLANS AND GUIDED SESSIONS Plans by week and day, macrocycles and reusable blocks. Every session guides you exercise by exercise with a work and rest timer, audio cues, 1RM percentages already calculated and demo videos. LIVE DEVICES Connect your Tindeq Progressor or Climbro over Bluetooth and watch the force curve live: peak, mean, RFD and time under tension on every rep. With Moxy or Train.Red you measure muscle oxygen saturation (SmO₂) while you train. RECOVERY WITH APPLE HEALTH A daily recovery score from your HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and breathing rate, combined with how you feel, so you know when to push the hard day. Read only: we never write to Apple Health. APPLE WATCH AND WIDGET Control the session and the timer from your wrist, and check your recovery and today's session on the home screen widget. TESTS AND RECORDS Standardised strength tests, RMs per exercise and per variation, PRs and alerts when your performance drops or stalls. FOR COACHES Manage your athletes, program for each one or for the whole team, review their logs and tests, and get their feedback on every session. Available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
