Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 嘉州通 at 5.0 against 建行生活's 1.5. 建行生活's advantage is ratings volume (162 vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
嘉州通 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 建行生活 has 162 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 10% of 嘉州通's written reviews are positive against 17% of 建行生活's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
嘉州通 ships an update every 3 months, 建行生活 monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
