COOP SMART es la aplicación para teléfonos inteligentes para los Asociados miembros de la Red de Cooperativas FEDECACES que les permite administrar sus productos financieros durante las 24 horas del día, los 365 días del año, de una manera rápida, segura y confiable. Por medio de COOP SMART puede realizar lo siguiente: - Ingresar por medio de su usuario y contraseña o también por medio de su huella dactilar*. - Consultar saldos y movimientos de sus cuentas. - Transferencias entre cuentas propias - Transferencias a terceros. - Pagos a préstamos desde su cuenta de ahorros. - Encontrar la ubicación de los puntos de servicio de la Red de Cooperativas FEDECACES - Recibir notificaciones y promociones *Este servicio funciona solamente en los dispositivos que cuentan con la funcionalidad de huella dactilar. Para activar el ingreso por medio de su huella dactilar, ingrese a la aplicación con su usuario y contraseña; vaya a la opción “Configuración” que está disponible en el menú; active el botón “Usar huella para ingresar” y presione el botón “Guardar”.
