Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Clashdoku at 5.0 against Cubinko's 4.0. Clashdoku also leads on ads (none vs shown). Cubinko's advantage is ratings volume (23 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cubinko sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Clashdoku sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Clashdoku holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cubinko has 23 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
