Stepminder averages your recent steps and distance, smoothing out day-to-day variations. The default 7-day weighted average gives the most weight to steps today (¼ of the total), and the least weight to steps six days ago (1/28 of the total). Change the averaging period, or choose an unweighted average (that is, each day has the same weight). An unweighted average of 7-28 days, for example, is useful if you do most of your walking on weekends. Visually track your progress toward your goal through the day. Or turn off goal orientation and just see how much you walk. Stepminder integrates with the Health app, using it as its source of past step counts and walking & running distances. PacePlay was inspired by Swedish Fartlek training, a methodology that produced many world records. It is a very popular training method of endurance athletes everywhere, from novices to Olympians. Have fun and reach your goals with PacePlay. SURPRISE PICKUPS AND PRESET INTERVALS PacePlay comes with 2 modes, providing flexibility for every athlete to create the workout they want. PRESET INTERVALS lets you set the desired time for pick ups (faster pace) and slow downs (steady pace). SURPRISE PICKUPS lets you set maximum and minimum times for pickups, and the app takes care of the rest. GPS & PACE TRACKING The app keeps track of your distance and pace throughout the workout. And at the end of the workout, you can see your overall pace as well as your pace during the faster pick ups. AUDIO CUES & MUSIC COMPATABILITY Want to keep your phone in a pocket or an armband? PacePlay comes with audio cues (in addition to visual cues) throughout every workout. Plus you can listen to your favorite playlist at the same time! WHAT USERS ARE SAYING: "I love PacePlay and use it multiple times per week. Anyone looking to liven up their running, walking or cycling routine should check it out!" - Lindsay H, Former Professional Runner "I find steady paced runs to be a bit boring. PacePlay's random pick ups make running much more fun!" - Alex L, Rec Runner, Avid Mountain Biker & Rec Runner "I incorporated PacePlay workouts into my training for my last race. I got fit fast and set a personal record!" - Jenn D, Weekend Warrior
