Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Duul at 3.6 against MOTV.mn's 2.5. Duul also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.2). MOTV.mn's advantage is ratings volume (23 vs 5). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MOTV.mn sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Duul sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Duul holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 2.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 23 and 5 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of MOTV.mn's written reviews are positive against 25% of Duul's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
