Maybe you are just wondering what your neighbor paid for their house? QuelPrix.immo can help! QuelPrix allows you, from any address in France or from the GPS position of your mobile phone (when you are in France), to access, consult and send to your mailbox the details of the houses and apartments sold in the last 12 years, within a radius of up to 2,000 m (1.24 mi) around your location or chosen address. These data include: date of the real estate sale, net selling price, number of rooms, official size of the property and address. The prices shown do not include stamp duty, notaire fees or estate agent fees. For « off-line » use, the price comparison listing sent by QuelPrix provides objective and complementary guidance to sometimes biased estimates provided by intermediaries in the real estate sector. It can also be a benchmark for direct negotiations between sellers and buyers. Context : Thanks to the open data, since the decree n ° 2018-1350 on 28/12/2018, the data relating to the actual selling price of 15 million properties are made available to the public. Buyers and sellers thus have access, without an intermediary, to the factual elements relating to all real estate transactions on the French national territories.
