Ready Moms is a research-backed program supporting your cardiovascular health before your reproductive journey. Built around the American Heart Association's Life's Essential 8 framework, Ready Moms guides you through small, weekly steps that add up to lasting heart health for you. A HEALTHIER YOU, ONE WEEK AT A TIME Ready Moms delivers a structured 12-week program with one new module each week. Watch a short video or work through an interactive lesson — whichever fits your day. Modules cover the following topics: managing your weight, eating healthier, or becoming more active. TRACK WHAT MATTERS Log daily food, activity, sleep, weight, and blood pressure in seconds. Search over 1,400 common foods or add your own. GOALS DESIGNED BY EXPERTS Forget guesswork. Ready Moms automatically evaluates your progress against evidence-based goals for your current phase — weight, calories, activity, sleep, fruits and vegetables, sugary drinks, blood pressure, and more — and tells you exactly where to focus next. EARN REWARDS, BUILD STREAKS Stay motivated with three streaks (daily check-in, tracking, and modules), weekly tips, badges, and a daily reward you can claim every time you open the app. ONE-ON-ONE COACHING Connect with a dedicated health coach throughout the program.
