Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Enjoy at 3.7 against Modaction's 2.8. Enjoy also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Modaction sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Enjoy asks for nothing beyond the download.
Enjoy holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Enjoy has 48 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 38% of Enjoy's written reviews are positive against 30% of Modaction's.
Enjoy ships an update every 3 weeks, Modaction every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
