Aplikacija e-IDDEEA omogućava registrovanim korisnicima (državljanima Bosne i Hercegovine), koji su prethodno aktivirali svoj besplatni kvalifikovani elektronski potpis u jednom od registracionih ureda ovjeritelja IDDEEA, trenutnu aktivaciju i korištenje brojnih usluga. Među glavnim funkcionalnostima e-IDDEEA aplikacije ističu se kvalifikovani elektronski potpis, uvid u lične podatke, praćenje statusa izrade ličnih dokumenata, pregled kazni za fizička i pravna lica, pregled registrovanih vozila,pregled ličnih dokumenata. Svaki korisnik prilikom fizičke registracije i podnošenja zahtjeva u ovlaštenom IDDEEA registracionom tijelu, uz obrazac zahtjeva za izdavanje kvalifikovane potvrde i ugovora o pružanju usluga certifikacije, dobija od strane ovlaštenog službenika odštampan obrazac sa pristupnim parametrima koje unosi u određene kolone na aplikaciji za udaljeno elektronsko potpisivanje i ostale servise.
