Verdict
RioLearn and MyPima both sit at 2.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of MyPima's written reviews are positive against 25% of RioLearn's. RioLearn's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (50 vs 10). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
