It starts with this blank page that we all have at our fingertips. But this adventure, this freedom to think, to create and to be oneself, is constantly questioned or called into question. The dictate of normality and the need to be efficient, or even restrictions, physical distance and material difficulties distance us from our right to create and the places of culture that represent it. Creation must remain free, within reach, protected in a dedicated place where everyone can be themselves, express themselves freely, to discover, learn and experiment outside the box. eion is this alternative that we offer you.
