Campus Print vs CheckID voor DigiD

With the Campus Print app you can print and pay easily from your phone or tablet. You can then pick up your print job at every Canon printer on campus or at your organization. The app works in combination with uniFLOW and the Canon Campus portal. The app offers: • Direct printing of files, photos or pictures from your camera. • Print files from other apps such as Outlook, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, Google Drive, iCloud • Management and overview of your credits by using (auto) top-up, redeeming vouchers, real time transaction overviews, refunds, etc. • Manage your print job settings such as numbers, staples, double-sided, color, • Log in to the printer screen and get direct access to your print jobs • Get a preview of the file on the print options page Note: you do need an internet connection on your phone or tablet to use the app. Check whether the app is already active at your location by entering the name of your location or organization in the "Search" screen.

Not everyone has a telephone with an NFC reader. With the CheckID app from DigiD you can help someone add the ID check to his or her DigiD app. The app on your phone only performs the one-time check of the ID. Your own DigiD login details are not required for this. No data is stored on your phone. The check is carried out by reading the chip on the Dutch driver's license or identity document using the NFC reader on your device. The CheckID app reads the document number, validity and date of birth of an identity card, or the driving license number of a driving license. This data is sent via a secure connection to the DigiD app for which the ID check is carried out. The CheckID app does not process any data from the device on which it is installed for this check. Additional terms: • The user is solely responsible for the security of his mobile device. • Updates for the CheckID app can be downloaded and installed automatically via the app store. These updates are intended to improve, expand or further develop the app and may include fixes for program errors, advanced features, new software modules or completely new versions.
