Task Job
Read full descriptionHide full description
Task Job is a timeline CRM for a small team. The day's work sits on one shared timeline — tasks, invoices, quotes, expenses and customer approvals — so everybody can see what is happening without having to ask. THE TIMELINE Post a job to a day, assign it to someone, and watch it move from to-do to done. The day is banded into morning, afternoon and evening, so it reads at a glance rather than as a list. Tick a job off and everyone else's screen catches up on its own. INVOICES AND QUOTES Build a real A4 document with your own letterhead, send it, and record the payment against it. Your customer opens the same document in their own portal and approves the quote there, so your copy and their copy can never disagree. EXPENSES Staff raise a claim with a photograph of the receipt. A manager or the accountant approves it, and approving it closes the job it came from. The day's spend sits above the timeline, and the month's sits on the Expenses screen with the categories it went to. CUSTOMERS A directory, a portal where customers read their own documents and approve their own quotes, and a record of what was agreed and when. ATTENDANCE Check in by QR code at the workplace, with shifts, leave, overtime and hours worked. A supervisor can see who is in without a phone call. MONEY What came in, what went out and what is left, over any period, from one arithmetic — so the income screen and the profit report cannot tell you two different things about the same month. ROLES AND PERMISSIONS Every person sees exactly what their permissions allow. Money in particular is strict: expense amounts and totals are withheld from people who were not granted access to them, and that is enforced on the server rather than merely hidden on the screen. KHMER AND ENGLISH The whole app, in either language, with Khmer numerals where they belong. Task Job needs an account with a business that uses it — either one your administrator set up for you, or one you create when you first open the app.
